Jeffery M. Hogan
Project Manager
Mr. Hogan is a specialist in many types of air sample extraction, and is a project manager at the Phoenix office. He specializes in the wood products industry including wood-fired and biomass-fired boilers, saw mills, plywood and particle board facilities, and veneer applications. His source test experience includes nearly all types of EPA, CARB and ODEQ criteria test methods and has conducted numerous toxic air contaminant tests in his career (trace metals, hexavalent chromium, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins and furans, volatile organic compounds, hydrochloric acid, aldehydes, etc.).
Before working at The Avogadro Group, LLC (Avogadro), Jeff was a technician for the emissions measurement group in the Northern California Division of Carnot Technical Services, Inc. and has been involved in stationary source testing all over the U.S. and Canada since 1994.
