John A. Pascale
Operations Manager
Mr. Pascale is currently Operations Manager for Avogadro. John has been involved with air quality testing since 1983 and has managed or been involved with thousands of stationary source tests all over the United States. Prior to becoming Operations Manager, John served as Senior Project Manager. He has been involved in all aspects of environmental source testing including site inspections, permit review with determination of testing requirements and methodology, test team supervision, project scheduling, personnel deployment, sampling and report generation.
In his role as Senior PM, John specialized in all types of particulate matter and particle sizing methods and was involved in the quantification of toxic air contaminants from sites that ranged from small internal combustion engines to large waste to energy facilities. He has also been the author of QA/QC manuals to meet the requirements of 40 CFR Appendix F for CEM systems. John has direct testing experience with nearly all types of industrial combustion sources, emission controls, and factory processes. In his role as Operations Manager, John is now mentor/manager to Avogadro's Field Technicians. John is also tasked with managing the field schedule and associated logistics.
