Kevin M. Donahoe
Project Manager
Mr. Donahoe is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Geology and has been with Avogadro since 2002. As the Portland District Manager, he supervises and works with a staff of three employees to support project tasks by ensuring that the office is in possession of resources in quantity and variety sufficient to conduct the broad range of source testing projects undertaken by Avogadro. He also works to sustain and advance Avogadro’s regional reputations with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
Mr. Donahoe’s source testing experience includes sampling and managing responsibilities for test programs involving criteria and toxic pollutant measurement, SCR balancing, fuel and/or process optimization, emission factor verification, and continuous emissions monitoring. In addition, Kevin provides both testing and consulting services for facilities subject to federal and regional regulations concerning approved alternative, parametric, and predictive monitoring systems (AMS, PMS, and PEMS).
In his free time Mr. Donahoe makes the most of living in the Northwest by spending winter snowboarding in the Cascades, cycling during the summer, trail and road running at all times, and finding time in between to travel throughout the state, country, and beyond.
