Mr. Michael Miller holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Toxicology with an emphasis in Air Pollutants and Analytical Techniques from University of California at Davis.  Michael began his career with Avogadro in 2002; thus starting his career in source testing.  Mike quickly found himself in demand as a senior technician performing low-level particulate matter tests, toxics methods, and criteria test methods.  In addition, Mike created and helps administer Avogadro's extensive Health and Safety Program.  He is currently a leading Project Manager for many of Avogadro’s staple clients.

Michael specializes in testing natural gas, coal and biomass-fired power plants. He is an expert at ultra low limit emissions testing and unique testing applications such as SCR balancing and tuning. He is experienced in most EPA and CARB test methods and their specific regional applications.  When not at work, Michael enjoys motorcycle riding and scuba diving.
