Stefanie M. Boehme

Laboratory Technician

Stefanie Boehme has been a Laboratory technician for Avogadro since 2009.  She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a BS in Chemical Engineering.  Stefanie joined Avogadro soon after graduation.

While at UC Davis, Stefanie was a research assistant for the Chemical Engineering and Material Sciences Department working on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, and for the Mechanical Engineering Department working on thin film wafers in the Nanotechnology center.  Stefanie also had a six month internship with Anheuser-Busch working their Research Pilot Brewery in the fermentation department.

Now as the newest member to the Avogadro team, Stefanie performs liquid-liquid extractions, titrations, data analysis, sample preparation, gravimetric analysis, and operation of an ion selective electrode following EPA, South Coast Air Quality Management District, and Bay Area Air Quality Management District methodology.

Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys hiking, camping and all water sports.
