Project Description
Tests were conducted to measure emissions of various HAPS and criteria pollutants such as PM from four municipal waste to energy plants to determine compliance with permit limits and associated MACT. Logistics for the projects included shipment of equipment, reagents and samples to and from overseas and North American locations in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for shipment of dangerous goods. The test results met and/or exceeded the data quality objectives for these high-profile testing programs.
