As a project manager, you will develop skill at air permit and regulations interpretation, proposal writing, test planning, technical report writing and technical consulting. You will be responsible for project management, leading field teams, maintaining client contact management, marketing, and sales. Four-year college Bachelors of Science degree (preferably in science) with one year as a field technician (Level III); or four-year Bachelor of Science degree (preferably in science) with four years source testing experience; or high school diploma with a minimum of five years of source testing experience. This summer internship position (Avogadro will train) includes, but is not limited to, the calibration and preparation of electronic measurement equipment, driving the mobile laboratories to business and industrial locations throughout California, Oregon and Washington, assemble and operate the sampling equipment (typically on a stack anywhere from ground level to 200 feet above ground level), recover the equipment and travel home.
