CAREERS: Laboratory Technician
Job Overview:
This entry-level position includes, but is not limited to, glassware cleaning, liquid-liquid extractions, titrations, data analysis, sample preparation, gravimetric analysis, and operation of an ion selective electrode following EPA methodology and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Applicants must at least be pursuing any physical science (or highly related) field or currently have a bachelor's degree, have completed one year of General Chemistry lab classes (organic chemistry is preferred), have good writing skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Previous lab experience (1 or more years) is a plus.
Status: Full-Time
Location: Antioch, California
Working Days: Varies, but typically Monday through Friday
Hours Per Day: Varies, approximately 30+ hours per week
Travel Required: No
